Anti-Synchronization of Identical Chaotic Systems via Novel Sliding Control Method with Application to Vaidyanathan-Madhavan Chaotic System

First, this paper proposes a general procedure for the anti-synchronization of identical chaotic systems using novel sliding mode control method. The general result derived using novel sliding mode control method is established via Lyapunov stability theory. As an application of the general result, the problem of anti-synchronization of identical Vaidyanathan-Madhavan chaotic systems (2013) is studied and a new sliding mode controller is derived. Numerical simulations with MATLAB have been shown to illustrate the phase portraits of Vaidyanathan-Madhavan chaotic system and the sliding mode controller design for the ant-synchronization of identical Vaidyanathan-Madhavan chaotic systems.
